Port Charlotte, FL · Painting Since 1991
Meet Michael Simone, Owner of Simone Painting LLC
I'm Michael Simone, owner of Simone Painting LLC. I started this company in 1991, and 35 years later I still handle every job myself, from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. No franchise, no rotating crews. When you call, you get me.
35 Years of Experience Behind Every Job
Union-Trained, Commercial-Grade Standards
I learned the trade through the Painters Local 841 union, as an apprentice and then a journeyman. We painted schools, Walmarts, theaters and commercial buildings, where specs are strict and every job gets inspected. That's the standard I still hold on every project.
Industrial Coatings
I've spent more than two decades in industrial coatings, including thermal spray, twin-wire arc and ceramic, and traveled to inspect boilers at processing plants, paper mills and power plants. I met with plant managers to plan their shutdown maintenance work. That's where I learned exactly how to keep coatings from failing.
Built for Florida Homes
Built for Florida Homes
Florida sun, salt air and summer storms are hard on paint. I bring that industrial understanding of prep and coatings to every home we paint in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, North Port, Englewood, Venice and Sarasota. Licensed and insured, owner-operated, and free estimates. Call me at 941-258-0793.
What You Can Expect When You Hire Me
It Started With My Father
My father taught me how to wash houses when I was in high school. That's where I learned that a good paint job starts with what you can't see: a clean, sound surface. I've carried that lesson through every job since.
You Talk to Me, Not a Call Center
When you call 941-258-0793, you reach me. I come out to your home or business myself, look at the job, answer your questions and give you a written estimate. The person who quotes your job is the person responsible for it.
Prep Comes First, Every Time
Years of inspecting industrial coatings taught me that most paint failures start with poor prep. On every job, I wash, repair cracks and stucco, and prime where needed before any finish coat goes on.
Backed in Writing
My exterior painting comes with a 10 to 15 year written warranty, depending on the paint you choose, and every job is backed in writing. I explain the coverage for each option before work starts, so there are no surprises later.
Thousands of Florida Homes
Between thousands of residential repaints and new construction homes, I've seen exactly what Florida sun, rain and salt air do to paint, and how to make a finish last. That experience goes into every estimate I write.
